Open September 20 - 21 and September 27 - October 31, 2013

(We will be closed September 22 - 26)

We are a working vegetable farm, with about 300 acres in cultivation! We grow carrots, onions, cabbage, corn, pumpkins, squash and gourds. Black Island Farms has been in the same family for more than 50 years, and we're proud of our heritage here in Davis County, Utah.

Interest rate improve on Feds remarks!!

Mortgage bonds are soaring on the Fed news that it will not taper at this time and keep in place the purchasing of $85 billion per month.  This is great news for home buyers and now is your window of opportunity to act!

Economists participating in the Wall Street Journal forecast have upgraded their home price forecast – again. Home prices are projected to rise 8% this year and then another 5% next year.
