Mardi Gras officially ends on “Fat Tuesday” which this year is Tues., Feb. 12. Tiger Ladies are celebrating in a big way this year FOR YOU!!! We are cookin’ up some authentic New Orleans food to share, throwin’ out some beads and doubloons, and partyin’ hard at our office!! We’ll have some southern fried chicken, boudin balls, pasta salad, homemade rolls, and official Mardi Gras King cakes.
