The dreaded daylight savings...



 We don't know about y'all but, we sure could use one of these...this daylight savings spring forward business is kicking our backsides! The frustration of not being able to go to sleep last night or better yet, the incredible difficulty getting out of bed this morning...either way, the Tiger Ladies are a little punky today! So, Google we did to find out how to survive the time change - and the lesson we learned first & foremost is that we should've been preparing a while ago - like at least a week...groan. But I did find this tidbit of knowledge - Get lots of exposure to sunlight the morning after the time change to help reset your body clock. Now, the problem, where is the sun??? We think we should just crawl back in bed...what about you?
